CREDIT CONTROL AGENT
My client currently has Credit Control vacancy within their department. The successful applicants need to have excellent communication skills that will be able to work under pressure. You'll be contacting customers who have taken a debt management plan out, and making sure that all the payments are made on time, and so they don't fall behind on payments. Will be working within a team of 4 people, and will have individual and team targets to meet. You must be a good negotiator with highly persuasive skills and self motivated in a target driven environment therefore a sales/customer service background is ideal. WORKING HOURS ARE 3 days 9:5:30pm, 2days 1:30pm-9pm(Won't work this shift on a Friday) Will do 1 in 4 Sat's, 9-12. SALARY IS £15k-£18k basic - dependent on experience + Bonuses THIS POSITION IS BASED IN BURY. |
