Internal Sales
Are you an organised individual with the ability to manage and co-ordinate a busy order processing and fulfilment department? If so, I am looking for an experienced Internal Sales person to act as the focal point for all incoming enquiries and quotations. From receipt of enquiry we expect you to deliver exceptional customer service by processing these enquires from quote to delivery and then continue to manage and develop relations with the client so that they are both retained and potentially increase their spending levels. In addition their will be also some administration tasks that you will be asked to preform as well. Ideal candidates will possess: Previous Internal Sales Experience; Strong Administrative background Excellent Communication skills; Good IT Skills; The ability to build rapport easily and comfortably; Flexible working attitude l |
