ROLE: MECHANICAL ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN
COMPANY / LOCATION: FOOD MANUFACTURING SITE, HALIFAX SHIFTS: WEEKENDS (DAYS AND NIGHTS) SALARY: APPROX £25,000 PER ANNUM REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have either City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and should have served an Apprenticeship. Mechanical bias. Qualified Engineers are required by a leading Food Manufacturing company based in Halifax. These are permanent vacancies and are an excellent opportunity to join a well known, international company. As a Mechanical Engineer / Technician, you will be working in a fast paced production environment as part of the production team. You will be responsible for ensuring production line downtime is kept to a minimum, fault finding, problem solving, fault diagnosis, planned and preventative maintenance, as well as working on the production line. Skills / Experience required: Must have Engineering qualification (Mechanical) - minimum City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 3 Must have served an Apprenticeship Need to be a team player Good communication skills Flexibility |
