Job Title: Customer Service Advisors
Job Description: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

The purpose of the role is to deal with all inbound calls from existing customers in a professional manner, first line broadband support, line fault resolutions, engineer appointments, distribution, and fault diagnostics.

Ideal candidate needs to be a team player, have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills, good customer service experience, excellent listening skills, accuracy/eye for detail, professional attitude, problem solving ability.
Ability to deal with difficult situations with empathy, have initiative, and excellent attendance & punctuality.

WORKING HOURS ARE MON-FRI 9am-6pm.

SALARY £12k-£13k basic, + 10% bonus scheme, and 2 pay reviews per annum.
