| Job Description: | Our client, one of the worlds largest online selling companies, is seeking a Section Leader to join their Warehouse based in Haverhill, Suffolk. This candidate will be responsible for looking after the Returns Department of the Picking and Packing Distribution Centre within the Warehouse, ensuring customers returns are processed efficiently and accurately. This involves ensuring that the company is not losing money and that products are scrutinised and thoroughly checked before putting back into stock. The successful candidate will be supervising a team of approximately 15 staff, maintaining the productivity of the team, putting in new processes as required and dealing with various Reports, figures and analysis. The successful candidate must have experience within a Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment, with excellent people management skills and experience in managing a successful team. An NVQ in a Warehouse related subject would be beneficial but is not essential. | ||
