| Job Description: |
As the quality manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food safety, legality and quality throughout the butchery and packing facilities, development of the existing Quality Management System. You will also have to monitor customer complaint levels and actively seeking to reduce all complaints across the manufacturing customer base and produce weekly and monthly KPI results. Ensuring effective implementation of all product specifications and control of product labelling is also a big part of the role
PERSON SPECIFICATION: To apply for this role you will need to have technical experience within the industry and have a professional management style. You must be an effective people manager with very good communications skills and very self-motivated with a hands-on' approach.
