This Company is a dominant force in the motor industry for new and used cars, sales, service and parts in the Greater Manchester area for Toyota, Peugeot, Lexus and Mazda.

Job Role Liaise with other members of the contact centre and the marketing team as well as departmental managers. Contact existing customers to carry out customer satisfaction calls. Contact existing customers to remind them that their MOTs/Services are due and book if required. Up sell on products and services where possible. Utilise database to achieve maximum utilisation of data provided. Ensure relevant documentation is processed and submitted to Emac within appropriate timescales. Maintain and report sales figures. Ensure product knowledge is up to date. Skills Must have outbound sales experience as last job Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to work to targets Must have excellent communication skills |
