Position: Sales Office Support/ Sales Office Administrator
Location: Birch Vale, High Peak, New Mills, Stockport Salary: An attractive salary and rewards package and good career prospects. Our client specialises in the development, manufacture and application of high-performance waterproofing and structural protection membranes and systems for the Construction Industry. The quality of both their products and their team are what set them apart from the competition. To keep pace with their continued growth they have a new position for a Sales Office Support/ Sales Office Administrator in their Order Processing & Planning team based at their manufacturing facility in Birch Vale, High Peak on the Cheshire/Derbyshire border. You will be part of a small team that has responsibility for the entire administration process of all customer orders, including material planning, order processing, and UK and export shipping. Experience in this field is preferable but not as important as the desire to provide excellent customer service and a willingness to learn in a fast moving environment. You will have specific duties within the process chain but will be required to learn all aspects to provide support and cover. It will involve a significant amount of data entry and regular telephone and email communication with our customers.
