The role involves managing key accounts and liaising with clients to ensure their contract runs smoothly and service level agreements are met. You will provide a high quality service to both internal and external customers providing feedback and information and escalating queries where appropriate.
The successful candidates will ·Be able to demonstrate a strong customer service background ·Have an articulate and professional telephone manner ·Be computer literate ·Have the ability to work on own initiative and have a pro-active approach to dealing with customer issues, take responsibility and have good empowerment skills.
