Working for a leading worldwide manufacturer of electric heating and domestic appliances. You will be dealing with incoming calls from customers regarding fault or repair queries they have. You will be required to work within a fast paced environment resolving queries personally, when possible, within a timely manner whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. Motivation and enthusiasm is essential for this role as permanent contracts will be offered to the correct candidate.
