The Private Client group comprises 37 lawyers with great opportunities for development and promotion. You must be a qualified solicitor with experience within a private client team with a good knowledge of :- Will drafting IHT planning CGT and personal tax planning Lifetime settlements Continuing care claims Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trust law and administration Issues concerning the elderly Membership of STEP, probate section of the law society and solicitors for the elderly will be encouraged. . Excellent salary and benefits The role will suit individuals currently working as Private Client Lawyers and living within a commutable distance of Exeter or willing to relocate.
