Agricultural Lawyer (Truro/Plymouth/Exeter)
A premier firm of lawyers in the South West , that is dedicated to providing quality, responsive and affordable legal services to individuals, businesses, charities and the public sector is currently looking for a client friendly, proactive and hardworking Agricultural Lawyer to join the Business and Public Sector Group of 125 fee earners and work primarily with partners in the Commercial and Agricultural teams. You must be a qualified solicitor with experience and knowledge of Property transactions involving farms and farm buildings Easements and licenses IHT and CGT relating to farms and farmers Single farm payments/Entitlements Farm business tenancies Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies Matters involving the Agricultural Land tribunal and Arbitration's under the Agricultural Holdings Act. Excellent salary and benefits The role will suit individuals currently working as an Agricultural Lawyer, Solicitor living within a commutable distance of Truro, Exeter and Plymouth or willing to relocate.
