This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced recruiter
Senior On-site Account Manager, To be based in one of our sites in Dover Responsible for the day to day operations of servicing the clients requirements in an industrial on-site role. This will involve client liaison, recruitment and staffing, payroll management and ensuring the contract runs smoothly. A flexible approach to the working hours will be required as this is an extremely challenging position. Help with recruitment strategies and staff induction processes. Be responsible for the motivating, building and retaining a flexible workforce, that will number up to 300 during the peak periods. Keep electronic records and record daily and weekly KPI'S to provide stats for both the client and agency. Ensure staff are paid correctly. Attend client meetings to ensure service levels are being met. Experience: You should be able to work unsupervised and be proactive in the service. Ideally you will be from an industrial recruitment background, or have been a production supervisor that is looking to step into recruitment. Warning If you are looking for a 9 to 5 slow paced job then do not apply. There is NO SALES involved in this role, but it will be hard work and a big challenge. Must have excellent communication and organisational skills. also covering some weekends. The above position is very challenging and the successful candidates will be highly rewarded. |
