Membership Consultant - Permanent
Job Title: Membership Consultant within a Health Club and Spa Hours of work Working 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota / Early Shifts 9am / Latest Shifts 9pm Benefits: Basic Salary - £13,000 - £16,000PA + Commission and OTE £21,000PA. Free Membership to use the facilities. Successful consultants who meet there targets are rewarded with incentives, which could include mobile phones, I-pods, MP3 players etc… Also top sales consultant will have an incentive of a holiday. About our Client: Our client is one of the leading Health Spa's in Europe. Job Description: Our client is looking for Membership Consultants to join a busy environment. The job role will include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls which will not be cold calling, you will need to gain leads and follow them up to gain a membership sale, you will need to work towards targets to gain your commission. You will be booking appointments and showing them around the facilities. Basic administration is also included in this role. Experience Our client is looking for someone who has sales and customer service experience which is desirable. The candidate will need to have a friendly approach to customers, clear speaking when answering the phones, flexible approach and motivated. |
