Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Advisor Based near Chester
Our client is an independently owned finance group specialising in prepay cards, the technology behind that service provides a comprehensive suite of financial services dedicated to the UK and European Chinese markets. Our client operates offices in North Wales, Manchester, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and they hope to be operational in Spain, Italy and Germany very soon. Due to continued growth our client are looking for forward thinking and motivated individuals to join their Customer Service Team. Main duties as a customer service advisor will include To respond to incoming calls promptly To receive and respond courteously and efficiently to all customer enquiries To ensure that all targets are adhered to To accurately record and enter data into computer systems To ensure that product knowledge is kept updated To be conversant with the terms of business of the company To help and support customers in understanding terms, conditions and procedures To ensure that all objectives are met To deal with day-to-day customer queries To undertake other associated duties in relation to the provision of customer requests To record and resolve any customer issues, concerns or complaints reporting them, as appropriate, to management To attend training courses and meetings as required To undertake any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time by your Team Leader In return our client will offer a competitive salary and incentives.
