Mechanical Fitter
£25,000 - 30,000pa Little Hampton Pension, Holiday, Overtime Our client are a market leader. They have been established for over 100 years and are currently undergoing further expansion. Specialising in the marine industry they provide full service, repair and overhaul of marine craft. Due to this current expansion an exciting position has become available for a mechanical fitter/marine engineer to join the team. As a mechanical fitter/marine engineer you will be involved in the installation and refit of engines on smaller marine craft such as yachts and sunseekers. These crafts will be no longer than 60 ft in length. There will be some electrics involved. You will be required to be competent in mechanical fitting, possibly even having experience in working within the marine industry previously. You will need a working knowledge of electrics but this would not hinder an application. The typical hours involved for the mechanical fitter/marine engineer is 40 hours but there is currently 10 hours plus overtime available so you can also top up your earnings.
