This leading brand, one of the most well known and respected in the Country is seeking a Claims Manager to head-up their Wolverhampton Claims Team of 17 employees and dealing with over 1200 new cases annually.
This role will need to support the development of claims management policy and strategy for our client and constantly deliver a world class service in claims management. To succeed in this role as Claims Manager you will need to be able to demonstrate you have the experience to continuously improve in systems and processes whilst consistently delivering performance against stated KPI's and targets and always ensuring the quality of reporting and the ongoing reduction of claims costs. You will also have to ensure you develop rigorous quality control of all claims data and ensure high quality claims investigations are undertaken and have the experience to lead and develop the claims management team. If you have an appropriate professional claims diploma qualification: ideally Associate membership of Chartered Institute of Insurance and proven experience operating at senior manager level in a fast paced claims management unit APPLY TODAY. |
