Job Purpose:
To work with the Key Account Managers to develop and support specified accounts ensuring that all customer needs are met. To identify and drive profit potential with these clients for all aspects of the Group. Duties will include: •To work with the Key Account Managers on all aspects of allocated client accounts. •Develop and maintain a close working relationship with client contacts. •Recognise commercial opportunities and refer to the Key Account Managers. •Liaise with the Key Account Manager on a day to day basis on key account issues. •Work with Key Account Managers to provide and manage all clients quotation requirements - screen, digital, litho and subcon. •Working with Key Account Managers, liaise with art-workers and agencies to ensure that third party contributions to each job are scheduled in a timely manner •Working with Key Account Managers brief the production team with details of all jobs, ensuring that they are aware of all relevant specific details and that they are able to schedule each job in a timely manner •Working with Key Account Managers liaise with despatch to ensure that customer packing and storage requirements are met •Ensure that all aspects of the job have been quoted, checked and that details are included in the invoices •Build on department relationships to help foster a positive working environment •Provide backup to key account team when necessary and cover for holiday and sickness absence. •When the receptionist is busy, answer any calls coming into the office •Any other duties as required. Skills Required: •1-2 years telephone based Customer Service experience •2 years administrative experience •Excellent numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail •Skilled use of relevant Microsoft software including Word, Excel and the Internet •Knowledge of Prism would be an advantage however training will be provided •Mauve software – knowledge would be an advantage however training will be provided •Use of telephone systems •The ability to work well under pressure Benefits: •Competitive salary £15k-£20k depending on experience •23 days holiday plus bank holidays •Working hours 8.45 to 5pm Monday to Friday •Free parking •Free tea / coffee •Stakeholder pension |
