Due to expansion and client demand, we have an opening for an IT resourcer to work closely with our consultants in Harrogate. You must be self-motivated with a true desire to develop and further your career. Our resourcers assist consultants to unearth the “hard to find” candidates, therefore, good communicative ability is mandatory, as is a positive, hard working attitude. You'll earn a basic salary + resourcers commission, whilst also receiving “on the job” training that will lead to you too becoming a consultant in the future. Our consultants are rewarded with an excellent and as far as we know, unrivalled commission structure and a substantial car allowance for the high achievers.
