Production Shift Manager Interested in working for the UK's leading food manufacturer? If you are from a shift manager or production manager's background and have the drive and ability to lead others by example this could be the ideal role for you! My client is looking to recruit an experienced individual to join their fast paced, meticulous working environment. The role will consist of the following: •Ensure all lines are clean and fit for purpose •Collaborate with the weekend shift engineer ensuring proper completion of engineering maintenance •Lead, Train and Development existing team •Appraisal of immediate team members •Reviews all performance against KPI's •Ensure CI approach to changeovers and downtime •Assist technical staff with site visits and accreditations •Stand in for colleagues when required All applicants must have 3-5 years working experience within a food manufacturing environment.
