39hrs Per week covering 7.00am - 5.00pm + Saturdays (usually mornings and later for critical breakdowns in a rota with other maintenance staff)
Due to continued growth and an appraisal of the company's corporate structure our client is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Foreman which will report to the factory manager. This person will be responsible for the smooth running and planned maintenance of the site and will include planning and implementation of new project installations. Tasks will include planned and breakdown maintenance, new plant installation and planning, purchase of equipment and spares and ensure compliance with current H&S and environment policy. Plant equipment includes Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and welding. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of electro/mechanical maintenance and have experience of working with qualified contractors. The successful candidate should be comfortable working as a team and have the ability and desire to lead by practical example. |
