Hotel Sales Manager required for a 40+ bedroom , Boutique and stylish local hotel , which is currently undergoing a full refurbishment programme to be completed soon.
Your role will be to utilise a variety of sales and marketing tools and methods in order to sell the services of this hotel to all types of customers , particularly the corporate business market. ( As well as sales of Hotel rooms the Hotel has conference / banqueting / meeting rooms ) . Both seeking out new business and developing and nurturing existing customers to increase sales levels. You will develop the sales function to ensure that it is focused on delivering results and achieving budgets and devise and revise the hotels sales strategy in order to continually ensure sales budgets are achieved.You will represent the hotel to new potential clients with both in house and external appointments. Skills required: *Proven track record in sales, preferably within Hotel Sales Manager or Hotel Sales Executive but we want to hear from you if you are a proven sales profession with PASSION for service delivery . *Record of achieving results (again preferably within Hotel / Hospitality / Travel sector.) * Used to working towards Sales Targets . *Business and Commercial awareness. *Drive , determination and enthusiasm. *Outgoing and confident with powerful presence. *Strong presentation skills. *Ability to communicate at all levels. *Good team player This is an exceptional opportunity for you to join a business which has an enviable reputation for quality and customer service where you will be able to really impact the future growth of the organisation and be rewarded accordingly.
