Based near Basingstoke, our client is an independent communications, conferencing and collaboration specialist providing solutions for every aspect of audio, video and web conferencing to small, medium and large businesses. Established since 1999 and now with over 600 customers they are going through a series of additional investment and are rapidly expanding both their blue chip customer base and their existing channel re-sellers.
They require a Marketing Manager to help define, manage and update the marketing strategy for their broad portfolio of products and services through their various channels and direct business in line with the projected expansion. Our client is not a corporate, nevertheless this is a great opportunity for a proven B2B marketing executive looking for a part-time opportunity to come into the business and really make an impact. The role will report to the sales and marketing director and will have a strong degree of autonomy to work on the full marketing mix for the current and future product introduction. The business is launching several new and exciting products in the coming year that will re-position the company as an industry leader in its chosen segments. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to develop and further their career in an ambitious company. Responsibilities - Rebranding project and product launch programmes for the new product introductions - Producing and re-branding channel Marcomms material in line with corporate strategy - Creation and delivery of an integrated communications programme for the rebranded business - Work with the marketing agency to manage and monitor email newsletter campaigns - Organising and managing events and seminars - Organise the company marketing collateral - Writing website and newsletter copy - Writing press releases for trade journals - Identifying opportunities to improve marketing efforts In return you can expect: * A salary c£30k * Bonus of 15% * Join a rapidly expanding company with excellent opportunities The Person - Someone with proven B2B marketing experience in the above areas - A leader with strong negotiation and project management skills - Strategic, dynamic, positive operator.
