Title : Sales Office Manager
Salary: up to £40,000k depending on experience Location: Wolverhampton Keywords: Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Business Development ,Security, management, distribution. Our client is the largest supplier of security products within the UK. The extensive product range includes counter screens, power fencing and datamedia safes to name but a few. They are now looking to recruit an Office Manager to aid and help develop a sales and marketing plan for the Trade brand, to liaise with the external sales team and ensure all customers are managed effectively either over the telephone or face to face and to also develop a team that effectively develops sales and profitability within the existing customer base and is tasked with developing new profitable sales. Responsibilities will include: •Set Activity and Revenue Targets and install clear concise and visible KPIs (eg: contact to quote to order ratios) •Personally generate sales via telephone contact on both incoming and outgoing calls •Measure, manage and reduce the customer attrition rate by ensuring effective customer contact is maintained by the team •Visualise and Report on the success and areas of improvement for the team. •Develop monthly sales and direct marketing campaigns to stimulate sales growth and retention •Ensure that an adequate stock management system is in place •Oversee, measure and improve all aspects of the service offered by the department Suitable candidates must possess: Experienced Internal Sales Manager Good numeracy and verbal reasoning skills Self-motivated, tenacious with a strong work ethic Ability to manage a business unit A resilient, dynamic, positive and motivational outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills Good problem solving and analytical decision making skills Knowledge of External Perimeter security products ( Desirable) Knowledge of fencing ( Desirable) Do not miss out on this opportunity to join a fantastic company!
