They are currently looking for a Store Manager to run their concession restaurant in a large supermarket environment. You should have experience in a fast turnover restaurant / cafe environment, and be committed to getting the best out of your team, and striving to achieve the best possible standards through attracting, developing and retaining the right people Although you will be given support, you will have the autonomy to suggest and implement your own ideas to achieve your targets. You should be a confident and self motivated individual who would inspire their close knit team, to work towards the companies strong principles. |
