Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Overstrand near Cromer Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week Salary: £32,000 pa This is an exciting opportunity to manage the development of an existing Nursing Home and Day Service to meet the future aspirations of people we support, whilst still managing the services on a day-to-day basis. We need someone with substantial management experience within the learning disabilities field, who can lad and motivate their team during these exciting changes. Strong change management skills are desirable. You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support both staff and the people we support.
