Nexus Resource Solutions are a successful, well known recruitment agency specialising in IT recruitment for clients across the UK and Europe. Based in stylish offices in the heart of Guildford and run by passionate and lively professionals we are currently looking for 2 experienced IT focused Recruitment Consultants to join us. We offer an environment that is relaxed yet driven and professional, but without the politics and micro management that can sometimes be part of a Recruitment Consultant's day to day existence.
To be suitable, you will ideally have at least 3 years experience and will have a track record of consistent delivery of permanent and/or contract revenue. You will be experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process from cold calling prospect customers initially, right through to timely delivery of that customers recruitment briefs which will include headhunting activities when and where appropriate. You will also be capable of building up customers accounts based on consistent delivery against their needs. You will be motivated by success and by the financial rewards that success brings, you will set high standards of professionalism and integrity (which are our core values), you will consistently be looking to ‘add value' to your customers and be capable of thinking ‘outside the box' when necessary. In return we offer an excellent base salary to £40,000pa (plus a 1st class commission plan that is geared to reward over achievement and is totally uncapped), full admin and resourcor support, state of the art technology systems, town centre offices and, as already mentioned, a relaxed yet professional working environment.
