Job Title: Bilingual Customer Services Advisor
Job Description: A requirement has arisen for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic company in Whitstable, Kent.


Fluent FRENCH & / OR GERMAN / EUROPEAN LANGUAGES are ideally required and applicants with this will be considered priority.

General Responsibilities:
To ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided, by providing support and information to meet customer needs and to other staff in the team.
To assist external Regional Sales Managers with administrative, marketing & sales backup.

Key Areas:

Customer Orders
Ensure that customer orders are dealt with efficiently and correctly, following procedures, liaising with other departments and meeting agreed delivery timescales.

Customer Service & Enquiries
Responsibility for answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries / directing the calls as appropriate.
Provide detailed information about products, orders, prices, invoices, quotes etc.
Record information about orders, enquiries, complaints or return of goods to aid internal communication and the following up of enquiries.
Responsible for following up exhibition leads and updating the customer database following exhibition, liaising with Regional Sales Managers as necessary.
Liaise with customers on behalf of other staff and Managers where language skills are required.

Sales Support
Point of contact in the office for external Regional Manager(s) & assist them with customer enquiries, sales follow up, market research, etc.
Responsible for preparing customer mailings for designated territory as advised by Manager.
Responsible for maintenance of the customer database in designated territory and ensuring that relevant information is recorded for reference.
Responsible for carrying regular customer surveys & recording feedback given for analysis.

General Administration
Responsible for filing of own documents.
Assist with special projects as required, e.g. proof-reading/ translation, research, covering for absent colleagues, etc.
Report any non-conformance product, process or quality to the Customer Service Manager
Provide assistance to any member of the Customer Service team should it be required.

French language skills are essential along with customer service & sales experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft package.
