Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Job Description: Experienced Customer Service Manager required for leading Aviation Company in Loughborough.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, supporting and training a team of Customer Services personnel; this position requires you to be comfortable at responding to the demands of a very busy environment.

You will be able to develop, maintain and monitor good and effective working relationships with
internal and external customers to deliver all aspects of an excellent customer service.

Candidates will lead by example, be prepared to be hands on and be able to demonstrate yours and your team's ability to adapt your behaviour, which will ultimately deliver the business objectives especially when faced with changing priorities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

Manage the whole internal and external customer interface ensuring priorities and delivery to the customer.

Lead and direct a team of Customer Services personnel to deliver to the business and department objectives.

Manage relevant data contained within the department, i.e. customer orders, order book allocation. This should be accurate data and in line with customer demands and within the production capacity available.

Conduct all PDR's within the department, ensuring that relevant training and development identified is committed to and delivered within a time frame.

Liaise regularly with customers making sure you respond to enquiries using appropriate methods and standards.

Maintain consistent punctual attendance, personal appearance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Recognise Health Safety and Environment issues and communicate relevant information to your teams.

Develop new and improved initiatives which will improve business performance Lead improvement initiatives that will enhance our customer service culture and improve business performance.

Proactively look for opportunities to have good communication and build good relations with our customers.

Job Experience

The job requires the job holder to demonstrate their skill and knowledge of being able to deal with customer relations and you must have delivered a customer service activity to a wide range of customers. A clear demonstration of managing a team is essential. You will hold a working knowledge of I.T systems i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint and be able to manipulate data according to your priorities.



A level of analytical ability applies to this role.
