***WANTED - An experienced Recruitment Managing Director to work for a multi million pound turnover construction business***
Brief: An experienced Managing Director having come directly from a commercially operating recruitment business. To clarify, we are looking for Directors who have previously ran recruitment operations as stand alone businesses. Company: A multi million pound turnover construction business specialising in an area of construction and consultancy business that links them with a very wide range of clients. Working across the big Estate Management companies into Blue chip organisations with their own facilities and service companies. Would suit: A recruitment professional who has worked up to Director level and is interested in developing, branding and putting their own stamp on a recruitment business operating in the construction markets. Salary and Benefits: Negotiable dependent on current package and experience; guidelines have not been set, proof of earnings will be required. All our OTEs and salaries are as advised by our clients; we assess all commission structures and obtain a REALISTIC On Target Earning figure.
