Senior Project Manager is required to join my clients existing client production team, with a exciting future workload and the chance to work on a number of high profile projects. My client are a well recognised contractor with an estimated annual turnover of over £55million, with a wide spectrum of projects with a number of public and private Sector clients in the Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure sectors. Based from their head office in Surrey my client have a number of projects throughout the south-east and central London. Due to a planned and continued growth a Project Manager or Senior Project is required to join their team in overseeing the successful delivery on a £10 Million mixed development project. As Project Manager main duties will include: *Ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within agreed budget. *Maintaining all health & safety is adhered to and met at all times *Liaising with Senior Management, clients and site team, whilst attending project review and progress meetings a required. *providing Proactive management and supporting of junior staff.
