A challenging role has arisen with an Internet Service provider for an ambitious Network Engineer. It is a 24/7/365 ISP UK Data Centre seeking a candidate with experience in a similar industry. You will be responsible for the development, management and ongoing maintenance of the networks based locally and in datacentres across the UK. You will have expert working knowledge of networking technologies on Windows Server and Linux operating systems as you will ensure hosted servers, networks, leased lines and other services are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cisco and Linux/Unix certifications would be advantageous, as would experience in OSPF, BGP and EIGRP routing protocols.
