My cutting edge Kingston based client is looking for a new Senior Electronics Engineer to workin their award winning team.
You will be working on various exciting projects from Sonar systems to Biomedical Systems. You'll find your skillset will grow and gain some invaluable experience in sectors that will further your career. The Essential Requirements for the Electronic engineer role are as possible. ! An engineer having broad experience with specific expertise in analogue & digital circuit design preferably in an instrumentation development environment. ! To work independently or as a member of a team contributing to all aspects of the product development cycle from requirement analysis through design & development into production. ! The work will involve analogue & microprocessor based circuit design for precision instrumentation applications with significant involvement in real time embedded software development. ! Candidates will be expected to develop strategies and ideas for future products and provide technical support to Sales and Marketing for bidding/proposal writing. ! Technical assistance to Customer Support Manager ! Technical assistance on EMC and electrical safety issues ! Project management ! Off-shore support as required Desired Requirements ! Assembler &/or 'C/C++' programming experience. ! Design development experience. ! Knowledge of optical & medical instrumentation. ! Use of PAL/FPGA technologies. ! Use of CAD tools (Schematic Capture, PCB layout, Circuit Simulation). ! Project Management. Education Level ! BSc in Electronics (minimum 2:1) or other relevant discipline. Experience Desired ! Minimum 3 years design experience The Person Candidate must be a team player but also be able to act on own initiative, must be methodical and pay great attention to detail and work well under pressure and to deadline.
