Working in a ‘Built environment ‘ Recruitment Company, the successful candidate will ideallybe a senior figure with management experience and the will and desire to build, nurture and further develop a strong ‘built environment' recruitment practice Company: Headed up by a very experienced board, this company is recruiting from the management down and is looking for professionals who share a desire to build a solid and entrepreneurial business. On the back of your hard work comes a share option scheme that means when it floats, you share the success. Would suit: A fresh start if you're looking to really develop not only your career but your earning potential. Man management responsibility and experience, new business skills and strong market knowledge are essentials. Working and practical knowledge of the construction and associated recruitment disciplines are also key requirements. Salary and Benefits - six figure package: £45000- £55000 base. Negotiable dependent on current remuneration. Share option, leading commission scheme and ‘Ordinary' share options; Car allowance, management override.
