A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading financial and insurance services business based in the centre of Huddersfield. For over 100 years the company has been helping their customers to find financial security and peace of mind and with an ever-increasing range of products and services, need the right person to ensure this can continue.
The company are building a new inbound sales team and are looking for motivated customer service and sales professionals to drive the business forward. Full time hours available to start immediately. Skills: ·Proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a customer service focused delivery environment; ·Ability to work under pressure and to meet and exceed sales targets ·Demonstrable talent for building a rapport with customers to quickly understand their needs and identify appropriate opportunities to promote services and sell products to them as appropriate; ·Plenty of confidence and the personality to make a positive impact on customers by telephone; ·Enjoyment and experience of working to quality, productive and conversion targets and achieving these; ·Ability to learn and retain product and procedural information on an ongoing basis; ·Ability to navigate around computer applications effectively, preferably around Microsoft Windows; ·Excellent telephone manner and oral communication skills and ability to explain technical subjects in an appropriate manner for different customers to understand.
