Due to continued growth and development our client a Food Manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their newly opening factory. Reporting into the Production Manager this is an exciting opportunity to join this forward thinking chilled food manufacturing organisation.
As a Production Supervisor you will be required to lead an efficient, continuously improving production shift. You will optimise quality, customer service, cost and health & safety. Specific responsibilities include delivering KPI objectives with a well trained team where there is open communication at all levels. The ideal candidate will have effective people management skills with previous experience within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will need effective communication skills with an understanding of how to manage change. Previous supervisory experience is essential.
