Regional IT Manager required, working for a large company based in Colchester, Essex (covering businesses in and around the south east of england). Basic salary £45K plus car allowance and benefits.
Essential skills: - Business Analysis and Project Management Skills essential, IT Management experience essential, Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Excellent people management experience, An understanding of insurance broking processes advantageous as this role involves analysing and advising requirements for insurance trading platforms such as Open GI, Sirius, Sectornet, CDL. The successful candidate must be able to actively promote Group IT within their region and have enough technical knowledge to be able to interpret a business requirement to IT operations and infrastructure. They must also be able to translate technical jargon into language that the businesses understand. The jobholder`s success will be based less on their technical expertise and more on their management capability. The successful candidate should be willing to travel to other offices. |
