Based in Heathfield, East Sussex, my client requires an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their busy and established team.
You will work on a specific division sourcing candidates for specific roles in addition to finding suitable employment opportunities for candidates using ethical, honest and business-building relationship skills. You will plan and manage personal vacancies, clients and candidates whilst maintaining existing business ensuring continued business growth. You will also assist with training and mentoring less experienced members of the team.
