Job Title: Sales Administrator
Job Description: Do you have at least two years experience within a sales, Customer Service and / or Call Centre background?
Do you have an excellent telephone manner?
Can you work Saturdays on a rota?

We are currently recruiting for a sales administrators to work within a sales office for a rapidly expanding Internet based company. Duties will involve inputting sales orders which will be received via e-mail or telephone. You will also be required to answer the telephone and deal with general questions/queries regarding the products, you also be required to up sell products to orders and carry out general administration duties. The successful candidate will be PC Literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and the Internet, they will have come from a customer service/office environment and ultimately be a good communicator with a good telephone manner.
