Trainee Resource Consultant £12k to £14k + Bonus
Trainee Resource Consultant required to work within recruitment consultancy. You should be comfortable working on the telephone identifying and closing business opportunities for recruitment services. You will work to agreed targets contacting dormant and new customer accounts identifying decision makers/recruitment opportunities as well as updating records using our computer system. Working primarily on the telephone, you must have a demonstrable track record of sales AND customer service within a B2B product or service environment. Additionally you will be articulate, punctual and able to achieve sales targets, be self motivated with good analytical skills and a methodical mindset.
