Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new role within a Local Government organisation?
My client is seeking an HR Manager to manage the day to day running of the HR Function due to a change within the HR Team. Candidates will be tasked with: - Leading the HR function on the day-to-day operational function - Providing professional HR Advise to line managers - Dealing with various HR issues such as Disciplinaries and Recruitment To be considered for this role you must: - Have a proven track record of working within a Local Government organisation. - Have evidence of leading an HR team - Have up to date knowledge on all aspects of HR - Have a proven track record of providing specialist advice in as pects such as recruitment, disciplinaries or grievances.
