My client are a one stop shop for the supply of office items from stationary to furniture and are looking to add another team member to their organisation.
The role of Customer Service Advisor will interest you if you have a customer service or telesales background with a methodical and accurate approach to work tasks. You will be predominately answering incoming calls from regular customers or prospects that are checking process and stock availability of products, placing orders, chasing delivery or requesting further information. Key account management is pivotal to this role where you are required to build rapport and cross/up selling alternative products as requested. A soft and not hard sell approach is adopted by all people in this organisation who puts quality before quantity.
