Trainer required to identify, design and deliver management training and development programme and manage a programme of customer facing skills training to service centre staff. Suitable applicants will have proven experience of developing and delivering training courses both 1 to 1 and groups. Experience of conducting vocational competency assessments and/or assessor for NVQ/ICS or equivalent would be advantageous. |
