Recruitment Consultant - Voice & Data technologies.
Syntony is a recruitment consultancy focused on the Communications Technologies sector including Telecommunications, Datacomms and Networking, Security, Call Centres, Carriers & Network Providers. With over ten years track record we have an impressive client base that includes some of the largest international software and hardware developers in these sectors as well as a broad base of mid size OEMs, Systems Integrators, Resellers and End User corporate clients. Our client contacts are typically Sales Director, Marketing Director, Professional Services and Technical Directors and Human Resources. We recruit Sales, Marketing, Project Managers, Systems Engineers, Technical Consultants, Trainers etc and we deliver agency services as well as retained executive search / advertised assignments. We bought our own offices in 2007 in central Sevenoaks, Kent and have the latest recruitment software, IT/Telecomms network and a broad spectrum of candidate generation services including multiple job boards, LinkedIn accounts, a candidate Resourcer etc. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to focus on our core Voice & Data technology sectors. The focus of the role is a mix of new client development and account management. You will have a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility of how you engage with clients and we encourage people to build a portfolio of their own clients in specific niche sectors and it is quite common for Consultants to work as teams on shared larger accounts. Ideally you will have a demonstrable track record of recruitment experience and success, although this could be in other markets and disciplines. Telesales, field sales and marketing are also good skills backgrounds coupled with the ability to learn about technology markets. To be successful in this role you will need a healthy ambition for commission, high energy and activity levels, enthusiasm, attention to detail, good spoken communication skills and a certain level of resilience. We have a good office environment with strong working relationships, common market focus, a smallish team and an attitude of encouraging consultants to build their own business with a decent support infrastructure. We will provide training and on-going coaching in the markets we focus on and in recruitment skills.
