Are you a Manager who can take ownership of your operation, whilst leading and motivating your team to success?
If so we are looking for retail professionals with the drive, enthusiasm and determination to further develop our client's business. This is a company that continues to defy current trading conditions, and has recently announced another significant like for like sales growth on the previous year. Ideally you will have 2-3 years Retail Management experience from within a fast paced retail environment, ideally food retail, with the ability to lead by example through a hands-on approach and provide legendary customer service. Other key skills required: - • A passion for retail and the desire to achieve excellent standards. • People development skills to drive your team and store to the next level. • The ability to work within set KPI’s. • A professional approach to performance management, and internal succession planning.
