You will already be managing within a high volume, service driven environment; with the ability to coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results and customer service. Comfortable with supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the store. This business will provide all the support and development required for you to ultimately manage your own unit.
