Job Title: Service Desk CO-Ordinator
Job Description: Service Desk Co-ordinator 14 – 17K Richmond, North Yorkshire

Our client a leading importer and exporter of electronic equipment wishes to recruit a service desk co-ordinator to join their existing team.

You will manage the installations, from receiving the order to making sure that the equipment is in good working order and the customer is happy.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a small team, have excellent telephone manner, be customer focused and very organised. You must be able to work within a very busy and challenging environment.
