Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Description: Working for a leading worldwide manufacturer of electric heating and domestic appliances. You will be dealing with incoming calls from customers regarding fault or repair queries they have. You will be required to work within a fast paced environment resolving queries personally, when possible, within a timely manner whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.  Also a winner of the Contact Centre Awards.  A great company to work for with excellent prospects.
