Branch Manager required for a large, new, home, leisure and garden product store.
We are currently looking for a manager with a strong background in retail management who has experience dealing with large turnover stores. We are looking for a highly self motivated sales professional, who excels in a target sales environment and can manage up to 80 staff. You will be working to exceed sales targets and customer service standards, you will be able to lead, inspire and drive our change agenda whilst delivering sales, profit, store targets and standards. A good track record running a significant retail operation and a strong profit motive are essential. My client is recognised for its unique variety, and for offering affordable quality in its range of products. The concept of the company is to offer 'mid-price' home, leisure and garden products, drawing together everything that could be needed for the stylish home at affordable prices. |
