Overview of Role
The purpose of this role is to account manage their clients commercial customers to develop quality sales opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company and its Partners, whilst increasing customer satisfaction. You will be assigned to a regional territory working with small, medium and corporate size customers. The regional territory will range across a variety of business industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services and Professional Services amongst others. Managing approximately 170 customers you will have a clear opportunity to maximise your revenue target and build lasting business relationships and create rapport with the customers, with the aim of developing a thorough understanding of their business.

This is driven through the following key activities:
Development of quality sales opportunities
Relationship building
Responding to customer queries and complaints
Opportunity tracking and management
Managing data quality of Accounts and Contacts
Maintaining and improving Customer Partner Experience (CPE)
Continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
Telephone account management of commercial customers to develop quality sales opportunities (through inbound and outbound contact) and grow revenue
Maintains a breadth of interaction across all dedicated Accounts but ability to focus engagement on the high-revenue potential customer
Builds relationships and rapport with customers and develops an understanding of their business to establish credibility
Understand the Partner map and actively drive Partner relationships and opportunities
Responsible for managing the customer ‘contact' satisfaction and providing a consistent experience for commercial customers
Organises and plans day effectively to achieve established goals and objectives

Experience Required

Excellent communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication
Ability to build strong customer relationships and develop quality sales opportunities
Ability to work at high levels of accuracy in information management and data entry
Confident and Outgoing - Participates in Team Meetings, discussions and other activities
Eager to learn – Must be able to take ownership for learning and skills development
Account Management: experience of account management, building relationships with customers. Participate in account planning and completely understand all facets of account

Self Critical and wants to improve. Open to feedback and coaching
Self motivation to drive personal performance to achieve targets and strive for continuous improvement
Good Organisational Skills.
Strong negotiation skills; ability to influence and prove value
Sales Experience – Field or Telesales experience - Understands Business Value. Demonstrate a strong record of success in relationship based selling
